The Sovereign Goddess Guide

For the woman ready to change her life

but not sure where to begin.

You can feel that something is shifting.

Maybe a chapter is ending. Maybe the life that used to fit does not fit anymore. Maybe you keep finding yourself drawn toward Hekate, Inanna, Isis, Sekhmet, Sophia, or goddess work in general, and you are trying to understand why now.

The Sovereign Goddess Guide is a 78-page field guide to help you understand the season you are actually in, explore the goddess wisdom that speaks to it, and begin working with that current intentionally.

You do not need to have it all figured out.
You just need somewhere honest to begin.

Maybe you are here because…

Something in your life has reached its expiration date, even if you cannot quite name what comes next.

You are standing at a crossroads and every option seems to lead toward a different version of you.

You keep feeling pulled toward a particular goddess and have no idea whether it means something, where to start, or what you are actually looking for.

You are hungry for transformation, but you do not want another spiritual practice that gives you more rules, more noise, or another authority to hand yourself over to.

Or maybe you simply know:

I cannot keep living exactly like this.

Good.
Start there.

I’m ready to begin

What’s inside

This is not a dictionary of goddesses.

You can Google correspondences.

This guide is about figuring out what medicine your life is asking for now.

  1. 01

What are you actually drawn to?

Stop chasing signs long enough to name the season you are really in.

  2. 02

Choose the medicine, not the aesthetic.

Because the darkest, fiercest goddess is not automatically the one you need.

  3. 03

Read her story before you call her name.

Go past internet mythology and understand the patterns that actually live inside her stories.

  4. 04

Learn which face you are approaching.

Explore aspects, epithets, and why knowing the goddess’s name is not always the same as knowing which current you are meeting.

  5. 05

Decide what kind of relationship you want.

Study. Archetypal work. Relationship. Devotion. You get to choose.

  6. 06

    Make your first approach.

A simple, grounded practice for beginning without turning your altar into a metaphysical escape room.

  7. 07

Listen without losing your damn mind.

Synchronicity, intuition, discernment, patterns, spiritual communication, and knowing when three crows might also just be three crows.

  8. 08

    Know when to pause.

Because spiritual work still has to fit inside an actual human life.

The guide then takes you deeper into five goddess currents, each with mythology, medicine, reflection prompts, and a place to begin.

The five currents

Which medicine sounds like your life right now?

Hekate

Crossroads · Thresholds · Boundaries · Discernment

For the woman learning that eventually, she still holds the final vote.

Inanna / Ishtar

Descent · Identity · Desire · Reclamation

For the woman whose old self cannot go where she is going next.

Isis

Restoration · Grief · Rebuilding · Remembering

For the woman gathering the pieces after life rearranged everything.

Sophia

Wisdom · Truth · Inner knowing

For the woman learning to trust what she knows beneath what she was taught.

Sekhmet

Anger · Protection · Vitality · Power

For the woman ready to stop treating her fire like a character flaw.

You do not need to know which one is yours before you begin.
That is part of what the guide helps you discover.

Why this guide exists

I wrote the guide I wish I had when I started.

I called Hekate by name with absolutely no idea what I was doing.

No research. No specificity. No clue what I was actually opening myself to.

What followed became one of the most demanding and transformative seasons of my life.

Would I undo it?

No.

Would I recommend my method to another woman beginning goddess work?

Absolutely the fuck not.

I learned a lot about goddesses.

But I learned even more about discernment, spiritual sovereignty, listening to my own knowing, and the difference between being open and being available to absolutely everything.

That became the spine of this guide.

You can approach something sacred without disappearing inside it.

You can listen deeply without giving away your authority. And you can let goddess wisdom change your life without waiting for someone else to tell you who you are becoming.

You do not have to know exactly where you are going.

But if something in you already knows you cannot stay where you are, pay attention to that.

Let the guide help you name the season. Meet the wisdom inside it. And take your next step from there.
